2. What we collect

  • When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, order details and payment confirmation. We never see or store your full card details.
  • When you create an account: your login details and order history.
  • When you contact us: your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us.
  • When you sign up for emails: your email address and your marketing preferences.

4. Who we share your data with

  • Shopify: hosting our store, checkout and order management.
  • Payment providers: Shopify Payments and PayPal, to process your payment.
  • Fulfilment partners and suppliers: to prepare and pack your order.
  • Delivery carriers and order-tracking services: to deliver your parcel and keep you updated.
  • Google: Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center, to measure and improve our ads and website (only with your consent where required).
  • Our email provider: to send order emails and, if you've signed up, our newsletter.
  • Professional advisers and authorities: such as our accountant, or when we are legally required to share data.

5. International transfers

Some of our partners are based outside the UK and the European Economic Area, including in the United States and China, where your order is prepared. When we transfer your data outside the UK or EEA, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Order and invoice data: 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires this.
  • Customer service messages: up to 2 years after your last contact.
  • Account data: until you close your account.
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.

We use necessary cookies to make our store work, for example to remember your basket. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies from Shopify and Google. You can accept or decline these in our cookie banner and change your choice at any time. Declining non-essential cookies won't stop you from shopping with us.

We only send marketing emails if you've signed up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by emailing us.
